Appointments
Please contact our office by phone or email if you would like to make an appointment. Emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help with their health.
Financial
We are a fee for service provider. We take payment in full at the time of service. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card. As a courtesy, we will submit your dental claim to your insurance company. They will in turn reimburse you directly for all services covered. A great payment plan option is working with Care Credit.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient.
